perfect little hotel! pool & pool bar were great. Room was spacious with comfy beds. Sooo much choice at breakfast, really tasty. 7eleven nearby but also vending machines in hotel which is super convenient. Would definitely recommend :).

Compliment staff named Nut: His service is fantastic. He is detailed and thorough when sharing information of the hotel and mini map for shuttle service. He is attention to detail and thorough when sharing information. He is always responding with a smile and dedicated to his work. Keep up the great work! Room: Value for the rate. I booked 2 rooms with Booking.com. Room was nicely decorated as I have called in to mention the purpose of our holidays - Please refer to photos attached. *Photos had shading to cover up personal information. Location: Fabulous for travelling around - Pratunam for morning market, Platinum Mall, Big C and Central World which are walking distance too aside from the heat. Hotel has 24/7 buggy service around Pratunam area and drivers are polite and nice. Hotel breakfast: Though a small seating space, staff able to allocate seats timely and in order. A wide spread of food selection and they are delicious for the hotel standard (please do not compare it based on a 4- or 5-star hotel). I will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Bangkok.

Mild a Nam gave us a very good service, The Thai costume experience is excellent. They are friendly and helpful. They gave many good suggestions and helpful instructions for photos taking. Their opinions are very professional and in detail.

The hotel is at a convenient location — Close to a few 7-11 and the massage street (near Platinum Mall). Nearby there are quite a number of hawkers to buy food from, which is even better. The hotel staff are welcoming, check-in and out process is fast and clear. Nice room at this price. Although there's a dirty spot on the bathrobe in room, other areas are acceptable. Water pressure is not high, but maybe it's common in Thai. One thing I'm curious is that why there's rooster calling cock-a-doodle-doo every morning lol. Breakfast is great, we stay six days and the food is different every day👍🏻 Buggy service is great, if you want to go to Factory Coffee just take it to spot 5 DD Home and it's just a 3-5 minutes walk. Lobby Bar is extraordinary good! We had Long Island and Old Fashioned and we love the taste of our cocktails. The other day we order coffee, and they are also nice. Overall it's a lovely hotel, will definitely come again if I visit Thai in future. I would like to try the free massage session.

In March my wife and I were in Bangkok for business, and we spent a week at Vince Hotel. The hotel’s location is really good for those who are looking to be in the centre of it all. The hotel is close to Pratunam Market and Central World, BTS Phaya Thai is a 7–10-minute walk away and there are plenty of decent restaurants close by. The highlights of the hotel are the following: Breakfast buffet. Wow! Their buffet is a mix of Thai, Western, Chinese, and Indian food, for the seven days we were there I only had theThai food! They also offer a Thai street food menu in the morning which is good. The only thing is that the air-conditioning is on full blast which makes it cold and makes the food cold. I think if they keep it around 23-25 degrees Celsius it should be fine. We would like to thank the morning restaurant staff who always greeted us with a smile and a hello. Restaurant, rooftop bar and pool. The restaurant and rooftop bar were also great, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. We were spoilt by New who is a young waitress at Vince. She is really helpful and will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Thank you New! Buggy service. This is one of the highlights for Vince, the buggy service takes you to different drop-off/pick-up points in the neighbourhood. It is an amazing service that cannot be understated. Especially when you are back from a whole day of business meetings and/or shopping. Make sure to get the number from the buggy desk. We cannot thank Wan, who runs the desk, and the buggy drivers enough for their patience and resilience. The guys are constantly driving around but they always have a smile and ask you how your day was. Along with the bellboys, Wan and the buggy drivers are great on giving tips and information. Check with them for tuk-tuk and taxi prices. Front desk. The front desk guys are very helpful, but they are also very busy, the porters and the gentleman on the bar are very helpful and are happy to strike up a conversation with you if they are not busy. Room. The room was simple but perfect, our cleaning lady was very professional, we would come back to find a clean and neat room. I didn’t get her name but thank you! Traditional costume. You can get your picture taken in the traditional Thai costume, but you have to book in advance. We weren’t able to do it as we were too busy. Overall, a great hotel, good location in a nice little neighbourhood. We would like to thank New, Wan, the buggy drivers, the front desk staff, the bell boys, the cleaning staff, and we apologise if we missed anyone.
